What I've been doing for years: Get http://www.dynaccess.com/ to do your
dynamic DNS.  Pay enough so that the SMTP relay server is in your
package (less than $100 per year, IIRC).  Configure this as the
alternate gateway.  The company makes sure that no spam goes through, so
it is a trusted server and people will get your mail.  You can receive
locally on port 25 (unless that is somehow blocked as well).  You will
get a lot of spam, though.  Make sure you silently drop the connections
for mail to non-existent users (SMTP symbiont checks
blabla---intentionally vague since you need to read the docs first) and
set up an RBL like spamhaus.
