[Info-vax] detecting links made with SET FILE/ENTER

Is there a QUICK AND EASY way to detect links which have been produced
via SET FILE/ENTER?

When one needs a file in more than one place, it is probably easier
these days to just copy it (disks are cheap), especially if no changes
are made or if changes made in one location are not necessarily made in
another.

On the other hand, sometimes one wants the same changes to be made, so
that the corresponding files are always identical, which one gets for
free with a link (at least if the file is modified via APPEND or
whatever and not a new version created). This is probably most useful
for directories.

Since one should DELETE only the last remaining entry, and otherwise use
SET FILE/REMOVE, it would be nice if there were a quick and easy way to
detect whether other links exist.

(Is the previous paragraph completely correct? Should one DELETE only
the last remaining entry, or should one DELETE only the PRIMARY entry
(perhaps after removing the other links)? Is there such a thing as a
primary entry, or are all equivalent?)
