Yes, NSK has Windows hosted cross-compilers (C, C++, pTAL, COBOL) that can generate code for Guardian or OSS.  NSK also has an Eclipse based tool named NSDEE that runs on Windows.  That code coverage tool is only on Windows and processes the collected codecov files from a run on NSK.
