I can't tell from this if you used Word or Outlook 2xxx to post this
as the later versions of Outlook apparently use the Word HTML rendering
engine. BTW, I discovered this fact when I found out nice clean HTML
documents generated as output by a recent project rendered badly in
Office 2010 because Office 2010 doesn't support the width attribute. :-(

PS: I also discovered my nice clean HTML code was turned into something
very close to the above mess when it was stored in Outlook...
