I agree that it would be nicer if people just stuck to ASCII, but
sometimes it don't happen, and sometimes it might even be legit.
Just accept that in those cases, things will look weird and not work if
you have a news reader that can't deal with it.
I think it don't make sense to blame the poster in those cases.
