[Info-vax] DKA0 AND PKA0 errors. How to diagnose?

I always find this stuff confusing. I got 2 PKA0 errors and 1 DKA0 error that same time. Could someone interpret this?
This is on a DS10 running VMS7.3-2. DKA0 is in a shadowset.
I guess I had a soft error on DKA0? But why the PKA0 errors?
I can replace DKA0 with a new disk I have (I mean new new, not a refurb). But I am never sure what to replace when I get this kind of error. I could swap out PKA0 for another old SCSI card that I have. I could replace the SCSI cable if it's old, but I think a have a new one in this computer. I could just reseat the cables (the SCSI cables don't lock in place so they sometimes can need reseating.)
BTW, is it possible to buy a new SCSI card for a DS10?
