The Deathrow cluster is down.

There was a surprise-relocation of the cluster hardware into another 
rack in the Quadrant Information Security data center.

Things I don't know:
1: when it'll be back.
10: whether it'll be back.
11: what went wrong; whether hardware, software, or re-cabling.
100: when further details or status will be available.
101: when console access might be reestablished.
110: etc.
