Until we know how VMS will implement its various protection schemes on
the 64 bit 8086, we can't know. Say some protections could not be
implemented on x86, this could open some vulnerabilities that were not
present on Vax or Alpha.

We'll have to wait for VSI to get their hands dirty on x86 to see how
they will implement the various modes.
