[Info-vax] Alliance1 and HPSC patch management access problems today, anyone else having issues?

As of now I have no problems accessing...

I reported the issue on Saturday and was asked for the SAID in question 
today... Well does not seem to be related to SAID and if they are not 
getting alarms due to errors such as these:

"Authorization service failure

An unrecoverable error occurred while attempting to use the 
authorization service. Please select the Patch Management link and start 
again.

patch-30036"

Then I believe they have a bigger problem than just the fact that we are 
having problems.

REALLY, to not have the site instrumented to identify this sort of 
problem, even when given the error code?

But, as I said,  it "looks" to be working.  I have not downloaded a 
patch set today, but I have gotten to the point of being able to do so, 
which was impossible late last week and over the weekend.
