The 512 kit for the DS15 is 3X-MS315-EA (consits of 2x 20-01DBA-09 256mb dimms), the 1gb kit for the DS15 3X-MS350-DA (consists of 4x 20-01DBA-09 256mb dimms) and the 1gb kit for the  DS25 MS620-BA (also consists of 4x 20-01DBA-09). Additionally, if you send me a shipping label,  I'll send you a 1gb kit at no charge as they don't have much resale value and I'm always happy to help out someone in the VMS community.
