DCL can do this, if you know your way around a few $ READ/KEY=.../DELETE
commands as well as building the keys. It's what I'd do if I had this
problem.
Whatever you do to fix this, make a copy first and experiment with the
copy, if you mess up, just delete the copy, make a new copy and start over.
