I build my own.  This one is probably 6-8 years old.  The AMD CPU fans 
are notorious for being loud.  I could get a quiet cooler.  Don't think 
it's worth the effort.  I don't hear it except late at night, and it's 
not near the bedroom.

Then again, a cheap stock CPU fan, 6 years or so later ...  still 
running ....
