Which is why I raised this thread

I wasn't trying so much as to poke a stick at a bear but to create a place where discussion about it could take place, give it a focus of it's own and generate some useful comments, much like what has been posted about what should be in scope

Yes, it was also in part to say "Hey, it's 1 year on now, we need..."
