p.s. Just an idea for what it is worth

You do a lot of work providing conference notes. Would it help (assuming you don't already do this) having some type of audio to text program going over the recorded call to help get a first round out that would save you time with having to knock up the document from scratch? 

There's free resources around or one could purchase a product. I'd contribute something towards the purchase of a product if it would really help...
