Good question. I did look quite carefully through the alert e-mail for a
place to report problems and didn't see anything. I considered opening a
support ticket but decided not to spend any more of my Sunday afternoon
wrestling HP web pages.

I had your experiences in mind, which further demotivated me from trying
to file an official report.
