I agree that HP employees should check their own work, and that
they should test it with various OSes and browsers, but they don't.

I'm having a problem with the HP Support Center web site, which
is a true disaster right now.  I used to have a short URL to get
to support:
  http://www.hp.com/go/hpsc
but now it's a maze of difficult to navigate pages.  For example,
if you log in at this page:
  http://h20566.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/wc/public/home
then to view current cases, you must first logout, choose
view current cases, then log back in again.

I'm told that you can make your frustrations known by
email to:
  wwusagesupport at hp.com
but I have no idea whether anyone at HP cares.
