   Disc 1 (of 9), VAXBINMAR031, in my March 2003 set.  Send
some e-mail to sms#antinode,info, and I can point you to a
Zip archive (~11MB).  My notes suggest that I have "ECO 4"
installed on my MicroVAX 4000 model 200.  I likely still have
the kit for that, too, but I'd need to fire up the thing to
find out/it, and that may take longer.  Ask, and I'll look.
(At the moment, summer weather is not a problem.)
