As I noted, I stopped at F10. It looks like Help/DO would be F15/F16,
which could be pretty easily added (not manually anymore, apparently,
but the property list file could be straightforwardly modified to
include them). Whether this would do you any good is debatable as I also
noted that function keys no longer work. This is true even after
enabling "use standard function keys" in Keyboard settings. I would love
to have a solution to that if anyone finds it.
The application keypad and arrow keys do work fine, though.

I posted fairly detailed instructions on manually adding keys. See

However, with current versions of iTerm2/Mac OS X you can no longer
override function keys -- as described above.
