Or install XQuartz, which already has xterm. And/or just use a DECterm.
Then be prepared for lengthy configuration sessions and the exact same
problem with function keys that iTerm2 has. At least with 10.10.5 I see
no way to make F10, for example, do anything except adjust the volume or
pop you into Exposé.
