[Info-vax] VMS online documentation (still ongoing)...

I've had another update from HP; their efforts with the VMS online
documentation on the new website are still ongoing.

Some of you have probably noticed that there's now a documentation
link on the VMS home page on the new website. You've also probably
noticed that when you navigate down the menus and select an actual
manual, the link is broken (at least on the ones I tried).

When you get the new style "We are sorry but your search produced
0 results." error page, replace hp.com in the URL given with hpe.com
_without_ changing anything else. That gets you the manual you were
trying to read (at least on the several I have tried), although all
the files are called Download.pdf instead of the meaningful names
which were present on the old website.
