Well Richard, short term, VSI has delivered a supported version of VMS for the 
itanic i4 platform.  Pretty much as they said they would.

I've never seen any claims for delivering VMS on x86 in a one year time frame. 
I have seen mention of perhaps 3 years, and it might take a bit more.  Hasn't 
been 3 years where I live.  You got a different calendar down there in oz?

I also see a new TCP/IP on their schedule.  Might even have the IPSEC you've 
been clamoring for.  Any chance that might make you a bit less unhappy?

I also haven't noticed much criticism, so I'm not sure what MG is babbling about.

Hey, if you cannot wait the 3 years, go play some solitare on your weendoze 
system.  I think they still have that working ....
