Dave,

My thinking regards the "feedback to VSI" was along commercial lines rather than some international SWAT team descending on the client's business.

Some examples:
- "X are running (whatever) and would like info on your future plans for it" 
- "X would like an upgrade of (whatever product) that includes ..."
- "X look like moving away from VMS because ..."
