While we NEVER publish pricing on public forums, your information is quite out of date.

The high end CHARON-VAX system emulates a 6-processor 6600. It blows the doors off a 7600. You might have only needed a 2 or 3 processor version.

The 6660 emulation on a modern PC is as least 2x the fastest VAX ever built.
