Why? And another file extension for DCL files using ZIP/UNZIP?
Or Perl? Or any other non-DCL-native tool you can come up with?

I think it would be a too large job to replace DCL as the
main CLI and that any new tool can simply be included as
a DCL complement, just as many other tools already are.
