Kind of works, at least here, which is Eisner:

$ edit "^UP^München - Oktoberfest"

EDIT/TPU shows:
Buffer: MüNCHEN - OKTOBERFEST

and after entering some text:

1 line written to file "^UP^München - Oktoberfest"

$ dir

Directory USR_ODS5:[BECKER_H.y]

München^_-^_Oktoberfest.;1

Total of 1 file.
