[Info-vax] Hobbyist PAK request form operational AGAIN!

I wish to let everyone know that the Hobbyist PAK request processing form is once again available at:

	http://plato.ccsscorp.com/hobbyist_registration.php

I wish to apologize to the community for this delay in getting this site available once again.

The hosting company caused various delays for which I have no explanation.  The site has now been moved to a newer host and I have the PAK request form operational once again.

If there are any problems - PLEASE CONTACT ME - as we provide this service for the community and HP as well.

The requests which have been submitted over the last 30 days or so are in the process of being recovered, according to information passed to us by the hosting company and will be forwarded to HP for processing.  IF in fact this does not happen in a reasonable fashion PLEASE just make a new request via the form.
