One-quarter of the company could be let go in the next month."

Supposedly starting next week, and ending next month.

The article comments on plans to downsize the mainframe servers and 
storage businesses, and problems maintaining service contract revenues 
as folks outsource their data centers.

The same market changes are undoubtedly affecting the HP Enterprise and 
VSI businesses.

Maybe VSI starts up an outsourcing cloud business for VMS sites?
