OS X Server has that :-)

If during login to the Server admin tool you tick the magic box "Store
password in keychain" (or similar wording), then at your next login to
the tool, as soon as you complete entry of the same username it fills in
the password for you and continues on its merry way.

Not much different to the way some websites handle this when you tick
a "stay logged in" box.
