Specifically designed to deal with these "tracking cookies".

Realizing that tracking cookies are just like "Robots.txt" on a web server.
You can tell sites not to track you but there is no way for you to enforce
that with the system as built.  Privacy Badger attempts to fill this gap.
It's not perfect, but it helps.
