It may really be a cipher problem in which case you will have to see
what has changed on the Linux end.
However, it's also possible UCX SSH is failing due to the presence of
multiple authentication methods along with some unrelated change.
I've seen this before when operating UCX 5.6 sftp against a third party
sftp server. In that case, the workaround I used was to force the
password authentication method using a command line sftp option and
which should therefore be present as a ssh command line option as well.
I no longer work for the employer I did this for and I can't remember
the option syntax I used so I can't tell you what syntax to try.
