It's not a rumor.  XKL installed the complete DECUS libraries on every Toad-1
we sold.

I've looked at the directories on the Toad-1 here.  There is an early ALGOL.EXE
(from the Tops-10 5.03 timeframe), and Tops-10 and TOPS-20 variants of ALGOLW
(which as I recall was an Algol-60, also).  No sign of an Algol-68.  Not a
DECUS thing, then.
