Till a better reply comes along: it looks like [1] you're asking
a question about an Ericsson product, which happens to run on
VMS?

The message looks like an Ericsson error message not a VMS error
message, but if it was a VMS error message it would usually be
documented in HELP /MESSAGE or in the System Messages and Recovery
Procedures document or similar.

Have you asked Ericsson (either direct, or the user community for 
this product) this question?
