1) Roadmap

2) History: Some stuff that needed rewriting has already been
rewritten in earlier ports (VAX->Alpha->IA64).
4) The official VSI roadmap [1] talks about binary translation (static
and dynamic) in V9.0 on x86-64 in 2017.
