Yep. Just run perl_setup.com in the top-level directory of whichever one
you want to run. Or look at what it does (it's pretty simple) and do
your own fiddling with the PERL_ROOT logical name. The issue I had with
previous kits is that the product name was simply "PERL" so installing
Perl 5.20 removed Perl 5.18, which was completely unnecessary. Now I
include the major release version in the product name, currently giving
PERL522 as the product name. Which won't conflict with a product named
PERL nor, next year, with one named PERL524.

No. I spent a couple hours looking into trying to build that a few
months ago and figured out that it would take me more than a couple
hours :-(. It involves trawling through the CSWS source kit and trying
to understand how the build procedures work and also whether a current
version of mod_perl can even be made to work with a ten-year-old version
of Apache.
