For the end-users it doesn't matter much if you shut down the
production to do a terminal driver or disk driver switch. Or if
you actualy did a full reboot. Might take a different amount of
time but there will be a break anyway.

Or do you see a replacement of the terminal driver where not
all TNA devices also are removed? Or a replacement of the
disk drivers that is done transparently while there are
ongoing disk I/O's ?
