   I don't recall any literature, but it was generally known that
   DECnet on RSX would open connections faster than DECnet on VMS
   and might flow data faster.

   The latter probably went away with the advent of faster VAXen,
   and the former might have become indistinguishable with Âlater,
   much faster VAXen.
