Some years ago Chevrolet bought the South Korean car manufacturer 
Deawoo. The owners of a Deawoo in Europe could go to their Dealer, and 
he would replace the Deawoo badges by Chevrolet badges.

Is this what happened with the layered products on the VSI 8.4-1H1 
OpenVMS kit too? Or did VSI do more than simply rebranding?
