For the first time in several (4?) years, the DECwindows interface
to all the DECset components work.  I think they all were broken with the release
of DECset V12.8 ECO2, in 2011.

That was a real unpleasant surprise when Mr. DCPS and I were doing the work
to get DECset built.

We also cleaned up some of the installation and verification procedures
to eliminate some noise.

So, yeah, some real engineering was done for some of the products; not
just a recompile-and-go.
