[Info-vax] fixing a saveset's attributes: attachment, not ftp

If you can, or maybe the next time, ask whoever mailed the
saveset to ZIP if first. That way it will probably UNZIP
correctly on the target system without any further actions.

Anyway, you could create another saveset and compare the
attribs, then use whatever set file is needed to match that.
That is hoping that the ineternals of the file are untuched.
