It's the default configuration on EISNER::.  None of those DEC C 
feature logical names are defined, either.  {Insert my standard 
distaste for those logical names here — but I digress}

The EISNER install looks to be somewhat off kilter here.  I'm locally 
running recent (current?) kits from EISNER and — after pounding down a 
few software "nails" after the install — it's mostly-sorta working 
here.   But it's hosed on EISNER right now, and I don't immediately see 
why, nor where the configuration I'm running locally (which works) 
differs substantially from what's on EISNER — well, other than that the 
bash kit I've installed from the EISNER cache of bash-related bits is 
somewhat newer than what's actually installed on EISNER.  Go figure.
