   "SET FILE" commands don't assume much, but their user
might.  As the output from my CNVB.COM script might suggest,
two attribute changes can work better than one when starting
with a Stream_LF file.

   As I suggested, relying on "standard" DCL scripts can work
better than relying on "standard SET FILE commands".
