[Info-vax] Alpha DS10 memory modules

My DS10 has Infineon boards, one 128 MB pair and one 256 MB pair.
Partnos:
128 MB : HYS72V16100WR-8-B 16M X 72 SDRAM
256 MB : HYS72V32120WR-8-B 32M X 72 SDRAM

Both specify: sync, 100 MMHz, CL2, ECC, Reg

With this you can probably figure out the correct Infineon partno for 
the 512 MB boards.


It is registered SDRAM, which may explain the surprise mentioned in another 
post in this thread.
