Probably "Oracle CODASYL DBMS for OpenVMS". Last release was
in 2013 with V7.3.1.0. Alpha and IA64.

Shares a lot of the internals of Rdb, but is not a relational
database.

Was first known as DBMS32 on VAX and there was a PDP-10 version
called DBMS20. Not 100% compatible which this nice report about
