But it is the role of system managert to explain how the VMS environment
differs from the other environments upon which the security rules were
built. For instance, if a company's securit assumes all machines are
windows and has built serucirty rules around windows, a lot of the stuff
is not applicable to VMS so you have to explain that to them so that
they officially have VMS exceptions/additions to their security procedures.
