From Process Multinet V5.4 Named patch kit released in Dec/2014:

- Update to BIND 9.9.6-P1
From what I can see on the ISC web site, BIND 9.9.7 and 9.10 was only
just released in Feb 2015.
Btw, the current release of TCPIP is ECO 5. There was quite a bit of both
fixes and new features (LDAP/SSH, CTR encryption support), but I am
not sure what specific BIND release is contained in this TCPIP ECO 5.
