Isn't this exactly what I said when we were discussing  DNS A and PTR
records while the system was still down?  If the A and PTR records
don't match many sites (and I am sure a growing number every day) are
going to refuse the connection.  And, as Hoff said, it isn't a VMS
problem it's a DNS problem.
