Define DCPS$SPOOL_KEEP.

Yes.  It's the complete DCPS job, so should be able to be re-queued.

If you fiddle with printer settings and it still doesn't work, you
could collect a DCPS trace file by defining the logical name
DCPS$TRACE, restarting the queue, printing the job, then stopping the
queue and deleting the logical name.
