HP Itanic servers have iLO management interfaces.  I use them all the 
time.  You can reconfigure the system, power it off/on (hard power
cycle, not just tell the OS to shut down and power off, please) and
talk to the console.  Much easier to SSH to OPA0: than to have to deal
with a physical terminal, a reverse DECserver or the console on a
DECwindows tube.  You can do all this with a CLI or web interface.
