The usual iLO2 reset sequence involves pressing and holding the iLO 
reset button for five+ seconds; that'll return the iLO to factory 
default settings.  Then access the MP via the iLO serial port, or use 
the network and the ARP configuration sequence if you really must.

around and need to wire one — for the primary console connection, a 
plain DB25 cable will work — or if you want access to all three ports 
available via the iLO DB25.  Though with no cable, using the MP NIC — 
you must use the MP NIC, here — and the ARP configuration sequence is 
usually easier.
