Ok, I did it.  It's just a complex async messaging store and forward 
system.  What's complex about it is that it operates over multiple 
systems, and multiple types of systems.

I've got a similar product, but it works only on a single system, for 
messaging between processes.  Same concept.  Async messaging is a rather 
nice thing to have.

Shame on IBM.  No API for DEC Basic!  Such would seem to be rather trivial.
